The following is important information regarding our fees and policies.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of first nights rent.
- Balance will be charged to the credit card given 72 hours prior to arrival, at which time a combination code will be given and there will be NO REFUNDS.
- All guests are responsible for the welfare of the facilities during their stay. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the reserving parties' form of payment. CONDO MUST BE LEFT IN THE CONDITION UPON ARRIVAL OR A $300 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.
- A $500 damage deposit will be assessed during the month of March. Upon inspection, deposits will be refunded within 15 days of departure.
- 2-night minimum stay required seasonally with the exception of 3-night minimum stay during month of March.
- Condos sleep 6 people. $25 PER PERSON FEE OVER 6 PEOPLE.
- NO SMOKING inside units.
- PET FEE $100 (non-refundable)
- Toilet paper will be stocked at check-in, and not replenished during your stay.
- No open flames permitted inside the units or on the decks.
- 72 hour cancellation notice is required to receive deposit refund.
- A $25 service fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No refunds for early departure.
- Check IN: 4 p.m. - Check out: 11:00 a.m.
- Key must be placed in lock box upon check out or a $50 fee wil be assessed.
- Our condos are equipped with linens, 8 towels, minimal cooking utensils, extra pillows and blankets. LINENS WILL NOT BE REPLENISHED DURING YOUR STAY! You will need to bring beach towels (Guest towels are not to be used on the beach), extra bathing towels, bathing soap, etc.
